The process is a little easier from the manual way of changing the background, the AI tool walks you through covering the image in white or black and you start erasing stuff thereby enabling which part of your picture needs to be seen
While you can choose any background you want as shown in the above video, I have just shown an example of a preset. You can create your own continuous background from a solid white, yellow, a gradient. Whatever suites your style.

Personal thoughts:
